In this announcement, we provide information on how and where the Mediafon Group companies:

hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Mediafon Group of Companies," process the data of visitors to the Mediafon Group of Companies' offices in connection with the video surveillance conducted at those offices.

Visitors to the Mediafon Group of Companies' offices are informed about the video surveillance in progress via informational signs displaying a video camera symbol and the data controller's contact information, which are posted before entering the monitored area and/or premises.

Video surveillance is conducted within the offices of the Mediafon Group (the entrance to the reception area and/or the area leading to the workstations set up for Mediafon Group employees).

Video surveillance at the Mediafon Group is continuous.

The Mediafon Group ensures that video data is processed only by authorized Mediafon Group personnel who are familiar with the laws governing the legal protection of personal data.

What categories of personal data do we collect?

Images of visitors to the Mediafon Group of Companies, recordings related to such visitors, and all other personal data and actions of visitors to the Mediafon Group of Companies within the coverage area of the video surveillance cameras.

When conducting video surveillance, we collect the following information: video recordings, the date and time the recordings were made, and the location.

Why do we collect this personal data?

We process the personal data of visitors to the Mediafon Group of Companies for the following purposes:

• first, to conduct real-time video surveillance to ensure the safety of individuals (employees and other visitors to the Mediafon Group's premises) and the physical protection of material resources and information owned by the Mediafon Group or managed by it on other legal grounds (hereinafter referred to as "Mediafon Group assets");
• second, to process video surveillance recordings in order to investigate security incidents involving individuals and the Mediafon Group's assets.

On what legal basis do we collect this personal data?

Our legitimate interests and the protection of vital interests.

Where do we obtain this personal data?

We collect personal data using technical means, i.e., IP cameras, and store the recordings in a database that is inaccessible from an external network. This system does not use facial recognition and/or analysis technologies, and the video data captured by it is not grouped or profiled according to a specific data subject (individual).

To whom do we transfer this personal data?

We may transfer personal data:

• first, to service providers (for example, security companies, software and hardware maintenance and service providers);
• second, to companies within our corporate group; if necessary to achieve specific objectives, we may transfer your personal data to affiliated companies;
• third, to law enforcement agencies, state and local government authorities, upon their request or in pursuit of their legitimate interests, to assert, enforce, and defend legal claims (such as theft, damage to property or persons, etc.).

Your personal data is neither transferred to nor processed in countries outside the EU and the EEA.

How long do we retain this personal data?

CCTV recordings will be stored for no longer than 14 (fourteen) days, unless the recordings contain information necessary to achieve a specific purpose. In such cases, the recording will be retained until the identified issue is resolved or the relevant investigation is completed.

What are your rights regarding this personal data?

You have the right:

• first, to access your personal data;
• second, to request the correction of your personal data. Please note that due to the nature of video surveillance, it is not possible to correct any personal data;
• third, to object to the processing of your personal data. Please note that due to the nature of video surveillance, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to fully exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data, as the data is collected automatically;
• fourth, the right to request the erasure of personal data. Please note that, due to the nature of video surveillance, it is not possible to erase the personal data of a specific individual.
• Fifth, under certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.

Please note that due to the nature of video surveillance, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to fully exercise your right to restrict the processing of your personal data, as in this case personal data is collected automatically.
